干酵母

酵母是人类应用比较早的,也是应用最为广泛的微生物,人们经常利用它的发酵作用制造各种发面食品和酿酒。酵母是由工厂纯种培养菌培育而成的活酵母,含70%左右的水分叫压榨酵母,含10%左右水分的叫干酵母。欧特家博士干酵母是烘焙品成功的保证。
